There are two types of visa for the lease agreement and deposit of deposit: the general regime and the agreed regime

– The deposit must be made in the name of the lessor , with ID number, by entering the c / c enabled in Ibercaja Bank.

– The income can do it:

1.- Cash at any Ibercaja Banco branch.

You must download and fill out before the admission, the model of Letter of Payment that appears available in the following link “PAYMENT LETTER” or in the Bond Units of the different Provincial Housing Subdirections, with the data requested and reflected in the contract of lease and will be delivered to the Banking Entity.

IMPORTANT: Request from the Banking Entity the proof of payment.

2.- By bank transfer to the c / c indicated above.

– Partial sublease of housing : ONE MONTHLY of the rent agreed in the sublease.- Rent of housing: ONE monthly payment of the agreed rent.

– Lease of business premises: TWO monthly payments of the agreed rent.

– Total sublease of business premises: TWO monthly payments of the rent agreed in the sublease.

– Partial sublease of business premises: ONE MONTHLY of the rent agreed in the sublease.

– Water, gas or electricity supply contracts: THE AMOUNT of the required deposit.

5 – THE DEPOSIT OF THE DEPOSIT DOES NOT PROCEED IN THE FOLLOWING CASES

– Garage lease not linked to the house.- Room lease , except in the case of partial sublease of the house.

– Warehouse lease not linked to housing.

– Rustic leases .

– Leases and subleases in which any of the public entities of a territorial nature (State Administration, Autonomous Communities and local entities) recognized by the current legal system is listed as a lessee or sub-lessee .

– Seasonal leases or subleases .

Application form that must be completed with the requested data and reflected in the contract, by accessing the link “APPLICATION FOR DEPOSIT”.A) IN OFFICIAL RECORDS

Documentation that must be provided:

– Sample of the Application Model.

– Original proof of bank payment made either by transfer or by cash payment.

– Two original copies of the lease agreement.

– Photocopy of the DNI or CIF of the landlord and tenant. In your case, accreditation of the representation.

The documentation may be submitted by any of the means provided in article 38.4 of Law 30/1992, of November 26, on the Legal Regime of Public Administrations and the Common Administrative Procedure. ([1])

They must indicate an address and a contact telephone number for the return of the original lease agreements.

B) BY ORDINARY MAIL , THROUGH ANY POST OFFICE AND DIRECTED TO THE BOND UNITS OF THE DIFFERENT PROVINCIAL SUBDIRECTIONS OF HOUSING OF ZARAGOZA, HUESCA OR TERUEL.

Documentation that must be provided:

– Sample of the Application Model.

– Original proof of bank payment made either by transfer or by cash payment.

– Two original copies of the lease agreement.

– Photocopy of the DNI or CIF of the landlord and tenant. In your case, accreditation of the representation.

They must indicate an address and a contact telephone number for the return of the original lease agreements.

C) BY PRIOR APPOINTMENT (ONLY IN ZARAGOZA CITY)

To request a previous appointment, you can process it by clicking on the following link PRE-APPOINTMENT PROCESSING and selecting the appointment date and time. Only 2 files for each appointment will be attended .

In the provinces of Huesca and Teruel, the Prior Appointment system is not used.

Documentation that must be provided on the day of the appointment in the Pignatelli Building, Door 3, located at María Agustín Street, nº 36:

– Original proof of bank payment made either by transfer or by cash payment.

– Two original copies of the lease agreement.

– Photocopy of the DNI or CIF of the landlord and tenant. In your case, accreditation of the representation.

II. DEPOSIT OF BONDS OF CONCERTED REGIME

1 – SUBJECTS REQUIRED TO DEPOSIT THE DEPOSIT

-And, at the request of those interested, landlords and sub-lessors of homes and business premises. (With certain requirements) 
– Companies supplying water, gas and electricity.

2 – DETERMINATION OF THE DEPOSIT

– 90% of the bonds must be deposited, reserving the lessor or service provider the remaining 10% for the returns required by their tenants or customers.

3 – DECLARATION / SELF-CLEARANCE

-It will be held annually in the month of January.

a) In the records of the administrative bodies to which they are addressed.

b) In the records of any administrative body, belonging to the General Administration of the State, to that of any Administration of the Autonomous Communities, to that of any Administration of the Provincial Councils, Island Councils and Councils, to the Town Councils of the Municipalities referred to in article 121 of Law 7/1985, of April 2, regulating the Bases of the Local Regime, or the rest of the entities that make up the Local Administration if, in the latter case, the timely agreement.

c) At the post offices, in the manner established by regulation.

d) In diplomatic representations or consular offices of Spain abroad.

e) In any other established by the current provisions.
